(Home Sweet Home) Tarakan to Banjarmasin

Pagi-pagi kita sudah persiapan, Flight plan sudah dikirim sama FLOPS route kita hari ini :

TRK-BDJ via MADON W18 BISOM
Charter flight Beech 1900D PKTVL
12 pax / 1 FA + 2 pilot = 15 POB
Cruising Level 10.000ft / ETE 2 Jam

Check ATIS TRK, Departure r/w 24 so kita use MADON ONE ALPHA Departure, NAV1 tune ke TRK VOR, CRS set 187 degree, done.


so, let the story begin...

Nah, kita ganti freq COMM1 ke 119.70...

Sambil set COMM ke 120.40, kita set juga NAV1 ke BPN VOR 117.20, masih dengan course yang sama.

Tak terasa, sambil nyemil-nyemil, mamam kecil dan minum teh kotak dikasih mbak mugari tadi, kita sudah inbound BPN, terlihat Sepinggan Airport di kejauhan... sambil maintain heading sebelum overhead BPN, kita ganti course ke 226, untuk intercept R-226 outbound BPN for BISOM intersection.

OK, BISOM ada di 92DME outbound R-226 BPN cross check position nanti dengan 95DME R-043 inbound BDM, jadi kita ntar begitu di 90DME BPN, NAV1 kita change ke BDM VOR 112.10 dengan course puter kiri dikit ke 223 degree

COMM set ke 126.50 ...

OK, berarti kita masih tetap maintain present heading to BDM VOR, desc di sekitar 35DME inb BDM.

BDJ-APP : "PKTVL, descent 4000ft leveled BDM QNH1008"
PKTVL : "QNH1008, desc 4000ft level at BDM, PKTVL"

Ga terasa... kita dah beberapa nm inbound BDM, kelihatan Syamsudin Noor airport tujuan kita di kiri... , after BDM kita intercept R-280 outbound BDM dulu untuk ILS r/w 10... course set ke 280 degree

BDJ-APP : "PKTVL roger, continue descent 3000ft clear ILS r/w 10, report established"

Sambil descent ke 3000 kita intercept course 280 BDM... maintain heading course puter lagi ke 100 degree..., sampai DME12 outbound BDM, kita bikin entry holding (Teardrop) expect non standard pattern, freq NAV1 kita rubah ke freq Localizer 10, 110.70, untuk intercept ILS.

Then... now, we're on final...
